During Soenda Festival, we managed the complete bicycle parking logistics for 25,000 visitors across two days.
The event
Soenda Festival took place in Utrecht, at the Ruigenhoekse Polder, and is one of the most prominent electronic music festivals in the Netherlands. During this one-day event, approximately 25,000 visitors enjoyed house and techno music in a creatively and atmospherically designed festival area.
Our solution
On behalf of Elevation BV we provided 9,000 bicycle parking spaces, fully equipped with our Model Event®. The bicycle racks were tailored to handle large visitor flows and short arrival and departure windows.
We supported the organisation with a complete bicycle parking solution, consisting of:
- transport and logistics,
- setup and dismantling,
- clear signage and routing,
- deployment of cycle stewards,
- and information and safety masts with digital monitoring equipment.
This integral approach ensured a safe, well-organised and clearly structured bicycle flow, in keeping with the scale and intensity of a large-scale festival.
